Meet the Team

GoNorth! is all about team work.

On these pages you can meet the team members who will be traveling on the expedition trail to Fennoscandia.

Paul and Mille will be traveling with two sleds and two teams of Polar Huskies for the entire 1000-mile route. Aaron will join the team with Teacher Explorer Wendy Gorton for two weeks during the journey. Journalist Aksana Kurola will join the team for a shorter period of time as the journey makes its way through Finland.

...And keep in mind, the adventure learning program involves the skills and dedication of all members of Team GoNorth! And team members are by no means just the people on the trail.

That includes Education Basecamp manager Tiffany Simonsen and the many people that work tirelessly behind the scenes; those that support the program helping out with specific tasks from movie and map makers to 'Polar Husky sitters, supporting administrators and government agencies, the incredible GoNorth! teachers -- and not least students and teachers around the world taking part in the program.
